3. Estimates and Pricing
We offer free estimates for potential flooring projects. Estimates are based on information provided during consultations and may change due to site conditions, changes in project scope, unforeseen complications, material availability, or pricing fluctuations.
Final pricing, scope of work, and payment terms will be confirmed in writing between the homeowner and the selected independent service provider prior to the start of any work. All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.
4. Payment Terms
Prime Floor Craft does not process payments on behalf of contractors unless explicitly stated. Payment terms, including deposits, progress payments, and final payments, are determined by the independent service provider and outlined in the project agreement between the homeowner and the contractor.
Prime Floor Craft is not responsible for payment disputes between homeowners and service providers.
5. Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors including material availability, weather conditions, permit requirements, unforeseen site conditions, or changes requested by the homeowner.
Independent service providers are responsible for communicating timelines and any delays directly to the homeowner.
6. Warranties
Any warranties related to workmanship or materials are provided solely by the independent service provider or manufacturer, as outlined in the written agreement between the homeowner and the contractor.
Prime Floor Craft does not provide warranties and does not guarantee the quality, performance, or results of any work performed by independent service providers.
7. Client Responsibilities
Homeowners are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete project information
- Verifying that the selected contractor holds appropriate licenses and insurance
- Obtaining permits where required (unless otherwise agreed with the contractor)
- Ensuring access to the work area
- Protecting personal belongings
- Making payments according to the agreement with the contractor
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Floor Craft shall not be liable for any damages arising from services performed by independent contractors. Prime Floor Craft’ liability, if any, is limited to the use of the website platform itself.
Prime Floor Craft is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of use, loss of enjoyment, or damages resulting from contractor performance or delays beyond our reasonable control.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, homeowners and contractors are encouraged to resolve issues directly and amicably. Prime Floor Craft is not a party to contracts between homeowners and service providers but may, at its discretion, assist in facilitating communication.
Any legal proceedings related to the website platform shall be conducted in the jurisdiction of the registered office of the Website Operator.
